    You are looking at a used Sopko Surface Grinding Wheel Balancing Stand and Balancing Arbor.  This is made in the U.S.A.  It is Model #BS1000.  This listing includes the stand and the balancing arbor.  I do not have a balancing wheel adapter for this, you will have to purchase it separately.  Everything seems to be in good original condition.  I have not tested this item, however, it does not look like it was used very much.
