Newbould Model 202 Power Rotary Indexer

Description

Newbould Model 202 Power Rotary Indexer.  The unit powers up and spins in forward and reverse as expected.  The potentiometer switch properly controls the RPMs.  My visual inspection noted the following:
The rubber drive belt from the motor pulley has cracking and will need to be replaced (see photos).
The data plate on the motor is damaged, however, the motor appears to run properly (see photos).
The plug (?) which should be fitted in the access port (?) on the top diagonal corner (motor side) is missing and will need to be replaced (see photos).
The "seconds" disk (the first of the three plastic disks) is cracked/damaged along the edge.  The damaged area did not have the seconds markings, so all the markings are still present and the disk does not necessarily need to be replaced to use this unit (see photos).
The above is all of the information I have regarding this power rotary indexer.  I don't know much about these, it is being sold as-is.
